
Stop for a moment
Rest and just breath
Breath slowly, d-e-e-p-l-y and consciously
Following your breath in through your nose, down the back of your throat and notice where it travels in your body
Follow your breath back out again
Do this a few times
When you're comfortable, notice the gap, the space between either the in-breath or the out-breath
Linger there for a while
Notice the expansiveness of this space
Become aware that this exists even while you're breathing in and out
This will centre you, relax and re-set you
